Therapy
Who I Trust & Recommend
Therapy
Most people think of therapy as a way to treat mental disorders, but it can be used for so much more than that. Therapy is a way for people to learn how to better deal with the challenges of life. It can help people learn how to cope with difficult situations, deal with stress and anger, and find solutions to problems.
Therapists are trained professionals who can help people work through these challenges. They can provide support and guidance, someone who can help with the emotions and rewiring of the neural pathways. Psychotherapy, also called talk therapy or usually just “therapy,” is a form of treatment aimed at relieving emotional distress and mental health problems. It involves examining and gaining insight into life choices and difficulties faced by individuals, couples, or families. Therapy session goals are for the client or patient to work collaboratively with the therapist and can identify improvement and positive change over time.
Below is my main therapist that I recommend to any and everyone!
Hi, I’m Lindsay
My passion is to serve parents and children, both in therapy office and outside of it. I love to share the Mindful As a Mother message on a larger scale by offering resources, speaking at events, and offering coaching. Coaching, speaking, and my other resources are a general educational tool geared toward general populations seeking information on specific topics (parenting styles, meditation, etc. ) These things are for educational purposes only. Therapy is a professional relationship with diagnoses, goals, and in-depth exploration of issues.
